PARFIP LEASE, European leader in financial leasing, chooses the Coheris CRM suite![]()
European leader for “full service” financial leasing, PARFIP LEASE accompanies the dynamic structures in their growth at the national and European level. PARFIP LEASE offers its partners (remote surveillance devices, biometry, fax machines, office automation, payment systems, Internet sites, “green” technologies, etc) lease agreements or operating permits with variable duration. PARFIP LEASE provides a complete and innovative solution that helps them continue their development.
It is in the context of optimizing its customer relation and supplier management that the Group decided to acquire a new CRM tool (Customer Relationship Management) and thus selected Coheris CRM.
With around 250,000 customer contracts distributed in 11 European countries, the project is acquiring an international dimension. Initially, it will involve recovery and dispute management. Veritable front office, Coheris CRM should allow call centre employees of the Group - based in Lyon and in the Maurice Island - to gain an overall view of their customers, and to capitalize on this extended knowledge of contacts.
The possibilities offered by the Coheris CRM suite in terms of contact management, automation of workflows and file follow-up, as well as its ability to be integrated in the internal information system has made it popular with different players of the project.
“It is due to a demonstration of Coheris CRM that adherence took precedence”, underlines Christophe Barat Latuite, IT Director of the Parfip Group. “User-friendly, easy-to-use and especially its ability to be integrated in our legacy systems such as our financial lease file management repository and our EDM and desktop publishing solutions, the Coheris CRM solution perfectly meets the expressed requirements”, he explains.
In a second phase, the project will be extended to customer relations and suppliers.
