Fabrice Roux

Fabrice Roux was responsible for various profit centre management functions at a number of major IT service companies. In 1994 he set up Coheris with Jean-Pierre Créput and Marc Stanciu. He became CEO in 2007 after lifting Coheris into the ranks of the major players in the groupware and CRM market. He accelerated the transformation of the Coheris business model to make the company a baseline “pure player” in the CRM, Business Intelligence and Data Mining markets. |

Eric d'Andigné de Beauregard
Managing Director

After a number of successful appointments managing profit centres for large integration companies, Eric joined the Coheris Sales Department in 2001 where he worked on promoting software products and services. In 2007 Fabrice appointed him as Group Managing Director to support him in implementing the strategy to position Coheris as a baseline CRM, Business Intelligence and Data Mining company in Europe. |

Jean-François Ménager
Finance Director

Holder of DESCF and MSTCF Degrees from the University of Dijon, Jean-François Ménager started his career in 1997 in the accounts department at the Boisset Group. In 2002 he joined the Réponse Group (a company listed on the Paris Eurolist Compartment C until 2008) where he was responsible for Group accounts management and management control before becoming a member of their Executive Board. Jean-Francois joined the Coheris Group in May 2009 as Finance Director. |

Thierry Engrand
Director Research & Development

|
Formerly a Research Engineer at INFI and ARM Conseil, Thierry Engrand joined Coheris in 1995. He worked on the development of fixed price contracts, focusing on pre-sales and project management issues. After becoming Manager of the CTI product range and setting up the product integration team, Thierry was put in charge of the Coheris consultant teams in 2000. Thierry has been Director Research and Development for the Coheris Group since 2003.

Tom Pertsekos
Director of Marketing and Product Strategy

Tom Pertsekos has over 20 years experience in software development. He has been responsible for launching several products onto the French market and managed the technical teams at Uniface and then at Compuware France. He graduated from Paris VI University and holds a PhD in Computer Science. Tom joined Coheris in 2008 and is in charge of Group Marketing and Product Strategy. |

Barbara Mus
General Secretary

Barbara is from the Flanders region of Belgium and holds a degree in language translation from Antwerp University. She speaks four languages and is highly experienced at top management level in the IT industry. She joined Coheris in 2000. Barbara was appointed General Secretary of the Coheris Group in 2004 and is responsible for legal and general services. |
