President and Chief Executive Officer – Olivier Dellenbach

A graduate of Ecole Polytechnique (class of 81), and after a short period of 3 years in consulting, Olivier Dellenbach co-founded and managed his first software company NAT Systèmes in 1987, which he sold to Canadian Cognicase in 1998.

In 1999, Olivier Dellenbach founded eFront, a software publisher specialising in the management of unlisted investment portfolios (Private Equity and Venture Capital), a company he managed until its sale in April 2019 to the American company BlackRock for an amount of over 1.3 billion dollars.

In 20 years, eFront will become the world leader in its sector, with more than 850 employees, 800 customers, a presence in more than 30 countries through 20 offices and a worldwide revenue of more than 130 million euros.

Since May 2019, Olivier Dellenbach has been managing minority or majority investments in various high-tech companies through his family holding company, ChapsHolding.

Since June 17, 2019, Olivier Dellenbach has been a director of Coheris.

Jacques Behr

Jacques Behr, 56 years old, has during his career held various commercial and management positions in many companies, mainly in the IT and payment sector.

His last position was Executive Vice President EMEA at Ingenico, an international leader in digital payment. Jacques has also successfully created several IT services and distribution companies. Jacques is a graduate of Edhec.

Beyond his experience as a manager, Jacques will bring his expertise in the field of commercial performance.

Since April 30, 2019, Jacques Behr has been an independent director of Coheris, a member of the Appointments and Remuneration Committee, the Audit Committee and the Strategic Committee.

Catherine Blanchet

Catherine Blanchet holds a Master of Management degree (Dauphine 1993) and a diploma from Telecom Management-ENST-B (1994). She has 360 degrees of international financial experience in fast-growing tech/fintech companies. She began her career in 1994 at Crédit Lyonnais in New York. After returning to the bank’s Paris headquarters where she worked as an auditor-inspector, she joined Complétel, a B2B telecom operator setting up in Europe. In charge of the business plan, she participated in financial operations, notably at the IPO in France and Nasdaq, from 1998 to 2001. She was appointed Deputy Chief Financial Officer in charge of strategic planning, financing and investor relations from 2002 to 2008 to support the group’s development and promote it in the financial markets. In 2009, Catherine Blanchet joined Ingénico as Director of Investor Relations, in charge of building the group’s visibility and attractiveness in the financial markets. In December 2012, she was appointed VP Investor Relations and External Communication to contribute to the development of the group and its brand among opinion leaders through an integrated approach to financial and external communication. At the end of 2015, it created its own structure to support companies in accelerating the development of their strategy, and in particular to structure, make accessible and give credibility to their equity story before the development stages and thus optimise its impact and value.

Since May 30, 2016, Catherine Blanchet has been an independent director of Coheris, Chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Strategic Committee.

She is also a member of the Supervisory Board of Inside Secure.

Corinne Fernandez

HEC 1984, Corinne Fernandez is a Partner at Progress & Leader in Industry and Technology Practices. She joined this recruitment firm as a Consultant in 1999 to develop the recruitment of Information Systems Managers. Since 2004, Corinne Fernandez has been leading and developing the Technology Practice, which targets high-tech industries and services, in particular Electronics, Telecommunications, Defence, Aeronautics, IT, Transport/Logistics. In 2014 she also took over responsibility for the Industry Practice. Corinne Fernandez is also Technology Practice Leader. She began her career at Sernam in the Organization and Information Technology Department before joining the Boston Consulting Group in 1986 as a strategy consultant. In 1988, she joined GSI where she was successively Marketing and Communication Director, Customer Director and then Key Account Director in Transport, Logistics and Distribution. In 1997, following the acquisition of GSI’s managed services business by Atos, she became Global Account Manager in the distribution sector to sell the global offer: e-business, payment services, managed services, systems integration.

Since January 26, 2016, Corinne Fernandez has been an independent director of Coheris, a member of the Appointments and Remuneration Committee, the Audit Committee and the Strategic Committee.

She is also a director of ICC Partners and Ubisoft.

Philippe Legorjus

Philippe Legorjus holds a Master’s degree in Public Law and Political Science (1973) and graduated from the EOGN (Ecole des Officiers de la Gendarmerie Nationale) in 1980; Commander of the GIGN between 1985 and 1989, and is now a founder and manager of medium-sized companies (€5/30 million) in various fields: risk management and management, renewable energies. He is also a Business Angel, mainly in post-boot. He has been a consultant for many years, leading global and specific security missions on corporate information systems, including Software Publishing. He was a speaker and then a member of the APM (Association Progrès du Management° between 1990 and 2007, and chaired the Club Paris Val de Seine.

Since December 8, 2015, Philippe Legorjus has been an independent director of Coheris, a member of the Appointments and Remuneration Committee, the Audit Committee and the Strategic Committee.

He is also Chairman of TIPUTA CONSEIL and REDEO ENERGIES.
